Shipped a car from Florida to Massachusetts. Ship a car direct was helpful in explaining the process as we had never shipped a car before. The car got picked up one day later than desired, but was not a big deal. The car arrived on time and we had no problems picking it up. I wished there was more communication from the shipping carrier. Everyone I talked to from the broker and carrier were extremely helpful whenever I called, but I would generally call them when I was wondering if the car would be delivered on time and how to obtain the rebate quoted in the price. Overall 4/5 stars.
