I was nervous to ship a new car that was one I wanted to buy for years. I was somewhat uninformed about the process and asked many question. The Ship a Car Direct team was very helpful and informative throughout. Gaby was always available and friendly.

My car took a little longer than normal to secure a carrier because it was not in a large metropolitan area. The first carrier who took the offer turned out to have questionable equipment. Even though Ship a Car Direct knew I was eager to receive my car Gaby and her supervisor advised, "If it was my new Corvette, I wouldn't put it on that truck." Another carrier with proper equipment was secured within a few hours of rejecting the first one.

I was very pleased with Ship a Car Direct and the carrier, 777 Transport, Inc.

Everyone is nice and sounds customer focused BEFORE they get the order. Ship a Car Direct delivered customer service continuously even after my car was delivered.
