This was my first experience transporting a car, let alone cross country. I was concerned because my car was manual with a tricky aftermarket performance clutch, an extended front lip spoiler and factory sport suspension that sits lower than many cars. Matt from ship a car direct was very helpful in booking a transport company given some short notice for a cross country haul. The transport company used was very responsive and prompt. The car arrived safely with no damage, albeit dirty from the open carrier which I was told is to be expected. I only pointed this out because in other reviews I've read, nobody said that they received their car very dusty/dirty. I'm 100% satisfied and would usexpect and recommend ship a car direct to anyone.
