Lots of good information through automated emails. They helped me know what to expect and how to protect myself. I didn't get a confirmation email until the day before pickup so I was a bit nervous about that. But the car got picked up on time and everything went very smoothly. Very pleased. I was impressed they could find a carrier when I called a week before pickup date.
