Never having a vehicle transported before, this was my first and of course like any noob out there, I had doubts about this type of transaction. Well, let me ease your mind and calm your nerves. Shipping a car can be a daunting and challenging task to the novice. But when you are working with professionals who are there for you every step of the way, it actually ended up being a lot easier than I thought. At first, Karen, the associate I worked, explained the process to me, helped me put together a package that was both attractive to the driver and myself. She then kept in direct contact until I found a driver and MADE sure everything was in place. The trucking co. I chose was Roadrunner Towing out of Hialeah, FL. Couldn't have gotten a more amicable and professional. Really lucked out here. My vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time, in mint condition albeit a little dirty, which of course was to be expected. So for ALL of you future potential customers, go with the best, go with someone who is true to their word and first and foremost Ship A Car Direct puts their customer satisfaction as their top priority. Thanks again Karen for a job well done.
