I requested my car be put at the top of the transport truck. When the truck arrived he had one space open and it was the bottom of the truck. I advised that i had requesed the top and he called dispatch to verify which they said they were not aware and that they would call the broker. The dispatch called back and asked if she could send another truck which would not arrive til several days later. Overall I was satisfied with the transport but was not happy that my wishes were not expressed to the transport company. It delayed the process but they did satisfy my request by sending a transporter who was better prepared and was better equipped to handle the situation.
