The entire process was conducted in a direct and professional manner. The agent for Ship a Car Direct immediately contacted me by email with a quote and then followed up with a phone car.
The price quoted was never altered and Karen kept me informed both by phone and email . The car was picked up by the shipper in a convenient place since he could not get his truck down my street. He examined the car and allowed us to take pictures . The car reached my daughter in L.A. in less than a week . There was no damage and the other materials I shipped to her in the car were intact and untouched. Throughout the shipping process I received updates and was given a text number I could use to check on the progress of the shipment. This was an upfront , honest process with no additional charges or fees. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to any of my friends especially those retired who regularly ship their cars to Florida. It was an A plus experience.
