I first contacted Karen at Ship a Car Direct about a month before I actually shipped my car. She gave me all the information I needed and advised me that she could have a carrier ready right away. I was not ready to ship yet so I did not put an order, in the meantime she kept in touch with me but she was not pushy and did not inundate my inbox with emails. Once I was ready to ship, I contacted Karen again and she had my car picked up the next day. The carrier was very professional and delivered the car in the same condition as he loaded it on the truck. I didn't have any time constraints so I didn't really care how soon the car was delivered but it arrived in 5 days. This is my firs experience shipping a car and didn't know how bad a nightmare it could have been. Ship a Car Direct delivered my vehicle without any problems and if I ever need a car shipped again I will definitely will call Karen at Ship a Car Direct.
