I had an excellent experience. After reading too many terrible reviews of other people's experiences, I have to admit I became very uneasy about shipping a vehicle. After researching the many companies that are out there, I decided to give ship a car direct a chance and I'm very happy that I did. Scott was very informative and had a no pressure attitude which I liked. Thumbs up for superior customer service. Other companies should use them as a model.
