I had never shipped a car before so i was in the dark about how the whole process was going to work. Ship a Car Direct made it extremely easy. From the videos on the website to Tom always being available for a phone call it went pretty smoothly. The car was picked up a day later than the original estimate but they tell you from the get go that it's never an official pick up date, it's just their best guess because of the way the industry works. The truck that was coming to pick up the car had an issue and they had to delay a day. It arrived exactly a week later in AZ. I got a phone call from the truck driver telling me he was there and I expected to go out and have the truck sitting in the street with the car on it. Nope. The car was parked in the driveway with no damage or issues at all. Overall a great experience.
