Gaby from Ship a Car Direct was very helpful and honest with me. Originally, the quote was higher and she checked it again for me and she brought it lower due to the time and year of the shipment and what other car transporters were offering. I thought this was very honest and nice of her. Very commendable.

When I had a brief snag with the transporter, Ship a Car direct was able to contact the driver directly and work things out. This was comforting and I didn't have any other trouble after that.

Even when I tried to contact Gaby and she was not available, others were there to help me and she called me back when I would need her. This I also appreciated.

I would use Ship a Car Direct again.
