I was extremely pleased with the service I received from both Karen at Ship A Car Direct and Lauritsen Transport. I received a prompt response to my online Request for Quote. From there, Karen performed very professionally, conscientiously and knowledgeably. She explained the process and kept me well informed of the status of the pickup and delivery. After every contact, she invited me to call her with any questions I might have. She was also very personable and spoke as if I were her only client.

Both the pickup and delivery were on time. The driver was friendly and efficient at both ends. The car arrived in the same condition as it was when picked up.

I highly recommend Shop A Car Director for their quality service and reasonable price.
