Originally, I was apprehensive about transporting my car thanks to all of the terrible reviews. Contrastly, my experience was outstanding. In terms of the pick up, the area I'm from was flooding and Vaad (my driver) had to change the pick up times. He worked hard to get the pick up date as close to what was originally decided on. He was great at working with me to make sure my car met me when I was in Oregon. He actually drove my car to the airport so I wouldn't have to take a taxi to meet him.
Despite the rain hiccup he go my car to where it needed to be in a timely manner. He was very professional and great at messaging me the status of my car. It arrived in great condition and right on time. I was very pleased with the whole interaction. Matt, the coordinator of all this was also great. He was thorough and always followed up to ensure my satisfaction.
I highly recommend these two and would transport my car with them again.
