I had a good experience with the transportation of my Elantra. The car made the cross country trip in great shape, only needed a bit of a car wash, but I live in the desert so a car is going to accumulate some dust along the roads to my place whether I'm driving it or someone else is towing it. My only real complaint is that they responded quicker to phone calls and I'm more of an email person. Never had a bad phone call though with Emily,She's nice and 100% professional.
