This is my first experience transporting a vehicle, and ship-a-car direct made it easy. The information they provided about the process was clear, transparent, and straightforward. Dale was extremely prompt, courteous and helpful every step along the way. The vehicle was picked up and delivered in less time than I thought it would take to just arrange for delivery. I called on a Friday, and the vehicle arrived in my driveway halfway across the country five days later. I would give Dale and his team my highest recommendation.
