Overall my experience with Ship A Car Direct was good. My contact with Karen prior to pick up was great. The carrier was a little more difficult to get in contact with and get updates from while shipping. My car was delayed and there was confusion about the delivery day/time, but Ship A Car Direct helped to get everything sorted out and my car was delivered safe & sound!
