Eric provided courteous, efficient service during phone conversations. He answered all questions directly and sent links to helpful videos to understand the transport process. He quickly located Ace Transport after I placed an order. My experience with Ace Transport was positive, with good arrangements for both pick-up and delivery, including a battery jump at both ends.
