The experience was organized, efficient and went off without a hitch. Karen from Ship a Car Direct was extremely organized and walked me through the process. The carrier and driver were always in touch via phone and text and the driver (Albert) was at the destination drop-off point early. The car arrived in pristine condition. Should I ever have to do this again, I will use the same organization. In the meantime, I will certainly refer. Thanks - Kevin Valadares
