I have never done a car transport before, so this was all new to me. The reason I chose this company was because I was told that in the event damage occurred and the carriers ins. did not cover it Ship A Car Direct would pay my insurance deductible. No other company could match that. Dale was very pleasant, informative, kept me abreast of the details and what to expect and made himself available for questions or concerns I may have had. Very pleased and happy with the service. Car arrived in perfect condition and the driver was very polite and pleasant also.
