I am active duty military and had my vehicle shipped from storage to relatives. Tom at ship-it-direct was very helpful. He went above an beyond to contact the LA VPC for me to ensure all documentation was correct and ready to go. The shipping process went well and my relatives stated the vehicle arrived in good condition.
