Overall I was very pleased with the service provided. Ship a Car Direct's communication was prompt and professional. The transport service they used "Green State Logistics" and their communication was very poor. Instead of them calling me about pick up time/day and delivery time/day, I had to call them multiple times. I was just another "number" to them so they didn't "treat" me like a customer. The transport driver was very courteous and professional.

I would use Ship a Car Direct again as they were outstanding but if they use Green State Logistics then I would be very wary of their communication skills. As far as the vehicle, it arrived in undamaged condition. Again, Green State Logistics delivered the vehicle at 9:30 pm so I had to use a flashlight to inspect the vehicle.
