Great experience working with Matt. Timely communications. Everything went smoothly. Car was picked up sooner than expected, and delivered promptly from NY to FL. Dispatcher for trucking company was very rude, but my complaint was handled promptly and professionally by Matt with Ship Car Direct. Driver was courteous. Will use again in the spring when returning to NY.
