I would have to say that Karen at Ship A Car Direct has outstanding knowledge of automotive transport services. I contacted Ship A Car Direct online , within 24 hours I got a reply by email and a phone call. Also those helpful check up emails and phone calls to make sure everything is okay with the automotive transport. On the late delivery part. It was do to the Thanksgiving Day Weekend and weather very understandable it was noproblem .
