Karen was excellent throughout, helping with a tight deadline and lots of confusion, including helping me get around illegal behavior from another broker. She was polite and professional without being detached - neither cold nor inappropriately buddy-buddy. The carrier they contracted was equally superb and efficient. As much as I hope to never need their services again, I'd go back in a second.
