Ship a car direct offers wonderful service

We decided to ship our car down to my son in Florida, however we did not have a firm date. Rather than constantly checking with us, or forgetting all about us, Karen was most helpful in asking when would be permissible to check back. She was informative and friendly and reassuring - I'd never shipped a car before and was nervous about shipping down a huge piece of machinery my family depends upon.

Our transporter was fantastic. We live in a very urban area where he could not easily bring the truck, but when I described where we were to him, he simply came and picked it up. It couldn't have been easier from my point of view. I did receive a very small rebate for this review, but frankly I would have written one anyway: we were a lot of hand-holding for a very standard job and we were treated like our business was the only one that counted.
