I needed an immediate pick up from Philadelphia, PA and was leaving by Sunday. Unfortunately, the truck was unavailable until Monday, so we decided to drive the car down to Baltimore, MD to have them pick it up as our time frame of availability was from Mon-Wed. The driver called Monday morning to confirm he will be at our location later that evening at 5:30p and he arrived at 5:15pm. He was a very nice and knowledgeable man and eased my worries with my first time of transport. After all the paperwork, he loaded my car onto the truck and said my car would be delivered to Dallas, TX by Tuesday at 10:30pm. I had to have a friend pick up the car but sure enough, at 10:30pm CST, I got the call that the car was being unloaded and in the same condition I left it. I would absolutely use them again (Great Eagle Transport). Stefan from Ship A Car Direct was eager to help and fantastic as well.
