Move was completed on time and with minimal hassle. Pick up was directly in front of my office, and drop off directly in front of my home. I expected I would have to meet the driver a short distance away from either end due to being on residential roads, but he came directly to me each time. Car was in good shape when delivered, although it was covered in dirt and small rocks. No obvious damage, although the rocks probably caused small scratches. Driver arrived exactly when he said he would, and dropped off the car early in the delivery window. Initial quote was too low, causing delay in scheduling a carrier, had to raise the price as deadline approached. Was confusing to someone who has never done this before. Overall a good experience, car was delivered on time for a reasonable price.
