This was our first experience shipping a car. There is a lot to learn. We made several false starts before landing on the Ship-a-Car-Direct website. Their website does an excellent job of educating about the ins and outs of shipping a car. After we decided to go with their company, they stayed in touch with us, sending helpful emails that kept us on track for a successful experience. It feels like Matt never leaves the office. He was always available by phone or email. Can't recommend Ship-a-Car highly enough!
