I have not complaints about Ship-A-Car-Direct. They did what they promised within the timeframe I needed. My vehicle didn't get assigned to a shipper until the day before I was scheduled for pickup, which made me a bit nervous. Other than that, the vehicle was picked up timely, delivered timely and was not damaged.
