I am very satisfied with the service that "Ship a Car Direct" provided. I need to transport my car around New Year time and I got quotes from several companies. Ship a Car Direct did not give the lowest price, but I was attracted to the good reviews about the company and another thing got my attention was "No Hidden Cost" which I had a very bad experience 10 years ago with another company.

After I placed my order, I received a call promptly from Angela which surprised me since it's close to New Year time. Then I got email with links to some videos with very helpful information so I can properly prepare my car. Last but not least was the carrier assigned to me was very friendly, give good estimate about the pickup and delivery time and keep me updated during the transport process. And there truely was No Hidden Cost. All in all I am a very happy customer of Ship A Car Direct.
