I was very pleased with the promptness of the delivery. I paid the deposit Thursday morning and the vehicle was picked up in the afternoon. We thought it would be 5-7 days for delivery, and they called the evening of the second night and said they could deliver late that evening if we wanted... We appreciated the offer and told them we could wait and meet at noon the next day. Clifford and his wife, from Steelman Transport, delivered just a few minutes before noon. Angela at Ship A Car was polite and explained how the process would work, and it went even better than according to plan. If I ever ship another vehicle, there is only one company I would trust. After countless calls and low ball prices from other companies, and reading tons of negative reviews about said companies, I payed a medium price with the company with only squeaky clean reviews, and I'm glad I did.
