Couldn't be happier how this first time auto transport turned out. I did a lot of research and reviews on transportation companies before I chose Ship-A-Car-Direct. Fortunately after reviewing I decided to start this shipment process and take a chance. I was contacted right away from Emily and she clearly told me what I should expect. Happening around the Thanksgiving Holiday she said it may be difficult to get a truck right away, but luckily I had no deadline to meet. Within a week or so she located a truck that could pick up my car in Ohio and deliver it to Seattle WA. She contacted me in the afternoon and by that evening the driver called, and picked up my car the next morning (Tuesday) at 7am. The drivers were very helpful with all of my questions. They told me it could take up to 10 days to get this to its destination. To my surprise they contacted me Wednesday night and wanted to deliver the next morning (Within 48 hours of pick up). The drivers were prompt and courteous when delivering to my children in Washington and made it easy for them. Great Job!!
