Horrible experience

First carrier assigned never showed up or contacted me to tell me they cancelled. Don't know if they contacted the broker and told them it was cancelled or not. Second carrier picked up the car late since business shuts down over the weekend. Car arrived late and not in the same condition it was in when it was loaded. Small dents, but nothing to raise a fuss about. No communication throughout the shipping from the car carrier. Called randomly from multiple different numbers and did not return my calls. Horrible experience would never ship a car again. This company still uses terrible companies who don't care about you or your vehicle. Customer service rep for the broker was helpful and communicated well and did his job. I was very happy with him and his service to me. The company just needs to get rid of these horrible carriers. I spent more money with ship-a-car because they "weed out 75% of carriers." If that is true, I would really hate to see what the others are like. Be smart and pay a friend or family member to drive your car for you. Avoid this industry at all costs.
