Really wasn't late

We wanted to have the car delivered the day after one of us arrived so it would be available to pick up others at the airport. So, we condensed the window and it didn't happen, not a big deal. The car arrived a bit dusty from the ride but otherwise in great condition as it was detailed before it left. I guess the toughest part is trying to have things pinned down on something that has so many variables. The driver they got for us was a great guy. When he picked up the car, he explained what he had to do and how his schedule was going to run including explaining about some of the restrictions on driver's hours. The day he said it was going to arrive was the day it arrived, and he made contact on both ends so we knew when he was coming to pick up and when he would be there with to deliver.
This is only the second time I have shipped a car. Last time there was a lot more slop in the schedule so we picked a terminal to terminal company. This time we wanted house to house deliver and we got that. I am keeping my notes so if in the future we need to ship a car, I will contact ShipACarDirect again.
