Reliable and on time, but not as convenient as I hoped

Shipping my car was necessary because I did not have time to drive it across the country to my new job before it started. Because I work in a remote location and for 14-21 hours each day, I had very specific time frames that I required for pick-up and delivery. The car was delivered on time and without damage etc., but I was frustrated that the driver didn't try even a little to be flexible or cater to time frames that worked for me. It was really inconvenient to figure out how to be present to pick-up the car when it arrived- I was under the impression that the company would work with you to find the best times/dates, but this was not the case. Otherwise, reliable and timely.
