My daughter had a 5 month Disney internship and we needed to ship her Jeep from Buffalo, NY to Anaheim, CA. After researching online, I initially contacted a company that had reasonable reviews and a cheap price. I waited for 2 weeks and heard nothing, then had difficulty getting the guy on the phone. I cancelled with him and contacted David at Ship A Car Direct. What a difference! He explained exactly how the process works, (you are basically hiring a broker who then bids out your needs to car transporters that he works with), then gave me both email and phone contact numbers. Within a week or so he had a transporter for us, who originated in my region, and got the car to California in 6 days. Car arrived intact. We used Ship A Car Direct to return the car to Buffalo as well. The pickup driver was a day later than planned for the pickup but otherwise things went smoothly. Best aspect of this process was that David kept me informed of the timeline, and was always available by phone. Would definitely use again.
