From the moment I was in contact with Ship a Car Direct and decided to use them to ship my 2004 NSX Karen stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. I was actually very surprised at how good she was with constant communication. She made me feel comfortable about the whole process (which I was very nervous) even when the carrier dropped the ball a bit on the delivery date but they quickly made adjustments that were well within reason to meet my very strict delivery window.
