We were a bit concerned because the pickup date was delayed, however we understood, since it was right after New Years and at the peak time for auto transports to Florida. We ended up leaving the car keys with the front desk of our condo, and the pickup and delivery process proceeded very smoothly. The car was delivered to our door. The driver, Alex, gave us frequent updates during the trip to Florida, and delivered the car when he said he would. He was extremely nice and delivered the car in perfect condition. We gave them 4 stars, instead of 5, only because the pickup date was somewhat delayed, which we felt was understandable given the time of year.
