My daughter was moving from Ohio to Texas and needed to transport her new car (just 2 weeks old). I was skeptical about using any transport service, but the service provided by Ship A Car Direct was outstanding. They were very thorough and careful to ensure her car was delivered in the same condition as when it was picked up. Both the pickup and delivery were on time. As this time period was during severe thunderstorms in the Dallas area, the driver commented he was transporting 2 new vehicles and took precaution by finding an alternate route to avoid the thunderstorms and ensure the cars were not damaged. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again and would highly recommend to anyone else. Simply outstanding service!
