This was my first time shipping a car so I was a little anxious after reading some horror stories on-line when I was researching potential carriers. My experience with Ship A Car Direct was excellent from beginning to end. The company was responsive when I made the request and the driver was there at the time he said he would be and the car was actually delivered 2 days prior to when I was told. There was no damage at all and the entire experience was good. I never had to contact Customer Service as there were no issues. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct. They know what they're doing.
