Car was picked up on the day requested, and delivered 5 days later (including the weekend)! Pretty fast for a cross-country move in the winter. Car looked like it had been across the country though - wish they would include a wash for the amount you pay. It makes for easier damage inspection for everyone. I had two cars moved- and they went together and were delivered together.
