Thank you for your four star feedback. Sorry that there wasn't better drive time communication for you. Timing is often a big issue for customers, but we can only provide timing estimates. It sounds like we also should have been more clear that we can't guarantee exact dates, and that there isn't much advance notice confirming carrier arrival.
