I have never shipped my car before so I had many concerns with the process. Matt answered my questions and responded promptly to my calls. My only dissatisfaction was the pick-up date that I requested could not be guaranteed due to the nature of the industry. Nonetheless, my car was picked up on the estimated pick-up date and then delivered one day ahead of schedule without any damages. Ship a Car direct also provided guidance on what to do during and after the shipment. Overall I was very satisfied with this company.

Thanks for the postivie review, Yamile! It's a good point - we wish we could guarantee requested dates too. But for long distance service on a multi-vehicle carrier with several customers on a completely unique route, the timing estimates can vary depending on weather and traffic and issues with the other customers.
