I've never shipped a car prior to this month so naturally I had some concerns, especially considering the fact that I was having my car shipped from the west coast to the midwest. Ship a Car Direct made the entire process as simple and as effortless as possible. After doing a lot of market research I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct due to their quoted price and their high ratings on Transport Reviews and Better Business Bureau. I did not regret that decision at all. My car was picked up and subsequently delivered a few days later than I would have liked but they make it clear that all dates are estimated and subject to change based on availability. I appreciate how they gave me a lot of general information about auto shipping, effectively coordinated the process, and communicated with me from the time I received my quote until my car was delivered.
