It was the first time I’ve transported a car and I was nervous it might get damaged in transit. Ship-A-Car Direct was awesome from the get-go, keeping me informed as to the process and the various protections it offered. The communication was excellent and it helped to put my mind at ease. The carrier was White Arrow, which was awesome as well, as I had a direct contact there who also kept me informed, again easing my mind and concerns about delivery. Car arrived as scheduled with not issues. Great job to both Ship A Car Direct and White Arrow!
