We had to ship a car from Connecticut to Southern California due to relocation. I talked to several carriers and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. We submitted the quote request from their website and they called us in the next day and gave us the quote. The agent (Emily) was very nice and knowledgeable, answered all questions we had. She was able to schedule the pick up very quickly. On the day of pick-up, the driver called about 45 minutes ahead to notify us that he was on the way. The pickup was smooth and professional. I was talk that the car should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. To my surprise, the car arrived within 5 days! Just one day before they delivered the car, they call me to give me the approximate time they will arrive. And on the day of delivery, they called me about 1 hour before arrival. The car was delivered on time. We inspected the car carefully and found no damage at all. This whole experience with Ship A Car Direct was very positive.
