The entire process was painless. After submitting an email request for a quote, the response arrived within 24 hours. After talking with the company representative and agreeing to the quoted price, I received a number of emails detailing the entire process. The included FAQ videos were very helpful in understanding the process. Pick up was two days earlier than I expected but that was fine with me.
The car arrived as scheduled and was in great shape. The transport driver was very friendly and knowledgeable of the delivery location in Washington state. I would not hesitate recommending Ship a Car Direct.
