Just want to state that this is my third time using Ship A Car Direct, and as always, this company is terrific! Provides excellence in customer service right from the start of your order. All questions answered honestly and promptly, so you don't have to wait for an answer. No wondering where is my car, or where is the customer service person because they contact you and maintain consistent contact through the entire process and after your car is delivered to ensure you are happy. The drivers on all 3 of my transports were courteous, responsible and consistently maintained contact with me throughout the process. I will always use Ship A Car Direct - they enable a level of comfort to their customers that no other company provides and I am more than satisfied with their services/.
