I was a bit nervous starting out trying to find a good quality company to ship my car across the country. When I spoke with Dave over the phone he was very helpful and caring making the experience better. I never had to talk to a computer or wait on hold, I spoke with the same person every time I called or emailed with questions. My vehicle was transported safely with no damage noted. If I had to ship my car again I would feel confident using Ship-A-Car direct.
