The communication could have been better. When first given a quote, then not hearing anything for a few days, so then I call back, leave a message and then never hear back. Call again to hear what's going on since my car was supposed to have been picked up already, to hear that the quote needed to be higher, but yet I was never contacted throughout this time and even after calling, never hearing anything back. Finally, after about 3 more days, I called again (after being told I was going to receive a call later that night the day before), and finally I had heard about the pickup- also the same day I was making my move.
